I remember walking down the halls of The King's Academy the night before our first day of school. We had the classrooms decorated and all the school supplies in place, our plan was ready to put into practice and we were in the habit of continuous prayer. I could not wait to greet our new students!

Since the first day each day has brought new challenges, blessings and sorrows. The teachers and I are learning and growing along with the students, and we are beginning to understand just how much our Heavenly Father loves our students at The King's Academy. God has provided for our every need as we feed the children, provide transportation, uniforms and curriculum. He has given each of our teachers, staff and van drivers new strength and courage to meet the challenges of starting this new school. And He has given us grace to work through the difficult circumstances these children live in so they might ". . . Grow in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and men." Luke 2:52.
